Make Fresh Milk and Save!
Purchasing commercially produced almond milk can be quite expensive, eating up a large portion of your grocery budget. With T Automatic Soymilk Maker, you can have fresh almond milk for less than a dollar per quart! The cost of your almonds + water!
Preparation and Programmable Options
Use soaked or un-soaked almonds with the Automatic Soymilk MakerT. Hard nuts, like almonds, are better if soaked for approximately 4 hours and rinsed; this makes the milk easier to digest. You can use both blanched and un-blanched almonds along with almond pieces, slivered almonds or even mix and match with your other favorite nuts. Un-blanched almonds produce a darker, nuttier milk, whereas blanched almonds produce a whiter, creamier milk. The total amount used is approximately 1 cup; this will fill the filter cup about 2/3 full.
We often received this question:
Q: How can you best remove the “skin” from almonds?
A: We could jest and say the best way is to buy almonds without skins (which are readily available), but whole almonds are not hard to peel.
Blanche them by pouring boiling water over them in a pot and setting it aside for three minutes. Drain off the water and slip the skins off by squeezing the almonds between your thumb and fingers. Dry them and then toast them in an oven at 325 °F (165 °C) for about 10 minutes.
On the other hand, some people prefer uncooked almond milk also known as raw milk. The Automatic Soymilk MakerT machine gives you the choice – simply push the start button to produce cooked milk, or use the motor button to simply grind the nuts, producing delicious raw milk.
A Nut Milk Maker That Is Known For Performance
If you are interested in making nut milks, you will love the versatility of the Automatic Soymilk MakerT.
Many brands of milk makers tell you they can make nut milks, but what they do not tell you is that they have limited or poor performance. You will be impressed with the quality and design of the Automatic Soymilk MakerT grinding blade, machine function, and programmable features which set us apart from the rest. This milk machine pulverizes different nuts and grains with ease and performance.
You can make milks from a wide variety of nuts including: almonds, brazil nuts, cashews, filbert/hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pistachios, pecans, pine nuts, and walnuts.
Health Benefits of Almond Milk
Almonds are high in protein and omega fatty acids, and are cholesterol free. They are high in vitamin E, a powerful antioxidant, and contain minerals such as zinc, magnesium, potassium, calcium and iron. As well, one ounce of almonds contains 10% of the recommended daily intake of calcium.
By making your own almond milk, you are also helping eliminate container waste by keeping cartons and jugs out of our landfills.
